Die Frist beginnt mit dem Tag des Erhalts der Ware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die zur\u00fcckgesendeten Artikel m\u00fcssen unbenutzt, unbesch\u00e4digt und in der Originalverpackung zur\u00fcckgegeben werden. Etiketten und Siegel d\u00fcrfen nicht entfernt oder besch\u00e4digt sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Folgende Artikel sind von der R\u00fcckgabe ausgeschlossen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Personalisierte oder nach Kundenwunsch gefertigte Produkte<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>R\u00fcckversandkosten<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei Retouren wird 25% vom Bestellpreis eingezogen. Alle Retourkosten werden vom Kunden \u00fcbernommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei berechtigter Reklamation (z.
